Youngsters are just top of the class!

HUNDREDS of youngsters gathered for the annual Rotherham Schools Football and Netball Finals - and organisers have given the even another massive thumbs up.

Staged at Wickersley, it was Maltby who took home for First XI football crown after beating Thomas Rotherham College while hosts Wickersley were the girls' netball winners at Sixth Form level.

Said a schools spokesman: "There were great performances by all of the teams and their schools must be very proud."
