Willett finished joint fourth in the Jo'burg Open in South Africa last weekend, emulating his outright fourth spot in the same event the previous year.
The Rotherham Golf Club ace secured his spot with a final-round 68, tying with South African James Kamte, after sitting third after two days.
The Abu Dhabi event began yesterday.
