Titans look to make amends

The Clifton Lane men went down 28-22 at Birmingham Moseley, conceding four tries to the rolling maul.

"I don't think they threatened us with anything else," Barker told the Advertiser. "Our defence and attack and management from 9, 10 and 15 was good and we played in the right areas and showed that in the first 20 minutes and in parts of the game.

"It was discipline which was the worry and I think we've rectified that in training this week."

Missing four second rows through injury last Saturday, Titans are slowly getting players back although the match will come too soon for Mark Fairhurst.

The hooker is still struggling with a shoulder injured sustain on international duty with Germany.

Still adjusting to National One after relegation from the Championship, Titans have won one of their opening four games while Sale FC, who benefit from loan deals with Sale Sharks, have won two and drawn one.

Kick-off is 2pm.
