THE RUMOUR MILL: Football transfer rumours from around the country

The Daily Star are reporting that Manchester City's attempts to sign Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba are being held up over an issue with the 22-year-old French international's image rights. Pogba will also have to ask for a transfer request to push the move through.

Reports in Spain are suggesting that Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho wants to sign forward Pedro, 27, from Barcelona and is willing to meet the Spanish international's £22m buyout clause.
