Timo Glock and Lucs Di Grassi entered the Virgin motorhome moments ago and are already going through the physical and mental preparations with the help of physios and team officials.

For race fans across the world all eyes might be on Red Bull's front row lock-out (they occupy positions one and two on the grid) but the Rotherham Advertiser's eyes are on one team only: Rotherham's own, Dinnington-based Virgin Racing.

With Rotherham's Howard Webb taking the reins at this evening's World Cup Final between Spain and the Netherland's its a massive day for the town in the sporting arena.
