Tennis is returning to Clifton Park

The three new tennis courts will replace the four lost when the car park was extended last summer.

They will be enough to satisfy the current demand for tennis courts, however there is room to expand if needed.

Rotherham Borough Council have also resurfaced, and will be fencing, a new basketball court to upgrade the current provision.

A council spokesman said: “Both the new tennis courts and basketball courts will be open in spring 2019 and we look forward to welcoming both tennis and basketball players back to Clifton Park.”
