The objects are part of a number of giant inflatables acquired by Rotherham Titans Community Foundation from the Postcode Neighbourhood Trust, a grant-giving charity funded entirely by players of the People's Postcode Lottery.

The TCF received a grant from the Trust for the rugby inflatables and uses them when out and about to give local youngsters a fun introduction to learning rugby skills.

Titans players on the TFC have also joined in the fun, using the dummies such as at Sheffield Eagles Rugby League.

TFC trustee Lindsay Jones said: “They have gone down a treat.”
