MILLERS boss Paul Warne believes his side deserved all three points against play-off chasing rivals Scunthorpe.
Rotherham put in a dominant second half display to extend their unbeaten run to 11 games, with Joe Newell and Semi Ajayi netting in each half to earn a 2-1 win.
An Warne, whose side sit in fifth spot in the League One table, was pleased with his side's second half performance.
He said: "I'm really pleased.
"I thought it was a really good game against two in-form teams.
"I knew if we could compete against Scunthorpe then we know we're taking good strides forwards.
"I'm really pleased with how we played. It wasn't a game of many chances first half. We took our first goal well from a routine.
"In the second half I thought we more than matched them and we were the stronger team.
"On another day we might have scored more."
