MILLERS boss Ronnie Moore sang the praises of striker Tom Pope after his late winner snatched three vital promotion points at Chesterfield.
Without a league goal since August, the striker struck a minute from time to seal a 1-0 victory that propelled Rotherham back into the top three in League Two.
Moore said: "He worked his socks off and looked like he was tiring but I thought I'd keep him on and it was a great finish and what a time to get it.
"Hopefully now more goals will follow for him."
The Millers now look forward to two successive home games, at home to lowly Macclesfield on Saturday and Bournemouth on Tuesday.
