Mobile speed camera locations

MOBILE speed cameras will be operated by road safety officers carrying out patrols along the borough’s roads this week.

Officers from the South Yorkshire Safety Camera Partnership will continue their efforts to reduce casualties on the region’s roads by targeting speeders for a week starting on Monday (27).

Among the locations subject to patrols are: A57, Anston; Doncaster Road, Mexborough; Low Road, Conisbrough; Herringthorpe Valley Road, East Herringthorpe; Upper Wortley Road, Thorpe Hesley; Doncaster Road, Thrybergh; and Doncaster Road, Conisbrough.

The other roads subject to patrols are: Bawtry Road at Brecks, Brinsworth, Hellaby and Wickersley; Rotherham Road, Maltby; Warren Vale Road, Swinton; Wales Road, Kiveton Park; Doncaster Road, Wath; Grange Lane, Maltby; Fenton Road, Greasbrough; Middle Lane South, Herringthorpe; Old Road, Conisbrough; Pontefract Road, Brampton; Vale Road, Thrybergh; and Worksop Road, Aston.
