With home advantage Steve Evans' side look an excellent price at 11/10 with BetVictor to claim a fourth win of the season. Leeds are 13/5 and the draw 12/5.
Both home successes in the Championship have seen clean sheets for Rotherham and keeper Adam Collin is 8/5 to keep another.
Former Leeds striker Luciano Becchio misses out on a reunion with his former club after being ruled out for three months with a broken ankle and likely to be a massive loss after netting two goals in his last three games.
