Millers' Semi Ajayi boosted by victorious international debut
The 24-year-old was introduced as a 73rd minute substitute for injured right-back Chidozie Awaziem in the African Cup of Nations qualifier against Seychelles and put in an assured showing as the Super Eagles closed out a 3-0 win.
“Was an honour to make my international debut today,” Ajayi tweeted.

Ajayi's travelling companions for the match in the Seychelles capital of Victoria were Nigeria's England-based players Alex Iwobi of Arsenal, Leicester’s Kelechi Iheanacho and Wilfred Ndidi, Stoke's Oghenekaro Etebo and Brighton's Leon Balogun.
Goals from Ahmed Musa, Chidozie Awaziem and Odion Ighalo secured Nigeria's first win of the qualifiers.
Ajayi will be striving for another call-up for the next one against Libya on October 9.
