Millers ace: look closer to home in striker serach

ROTHERHAM United star Ben Pringle believes the Millers need to look a little closer to home in their search for elusive goals.

As fans clamour for a proven goalscorer with Championship pedigree, Pringle is sure that the strikers already on the books will come good sooner rather than later.

He has faith in the current crop of strikers at the AESSEAL New York Stadium and thinks that goals are just around the corner, starting with tomorrow’s trip to Wigan.

Pringle, who suffered from a dead calf in the first half of last week’s game against Nottingham Forest, said: “There’s a lot of talk about getting a goalscorer into the club, but I have faith in the ones we have at the club, (Alex) Revell and (Matt) Derbyshire are good strikers.
