Let's finish strongly, say Titans

TITANS head to London Scottish this weekend aiming to turn their good work into points.

The upswing in performances hasn't been mirrored by an upturn in results and, despite going close against four of the top side, they've now lost their last five in the Championship.

But coach Nic Rouse hopes that will all come to an end at the Athletic Ground on Saturday.

"We want to end strongly in our final three games," he said.

"We've had the top teams in the division over the last month or so but that doesn't mean it's going to get any easier because you've still got to be on your game and have the right attitude.

"But Scottish are 11th and it's a good opportunity for us to see the progress that we've made and make a statement, which Ip hope will continue in the final two matches.

Scottish go into the game on the back of six straight defeats, having been beaten 55-38 last time out at Cornish Pirates. At home they've lost their last three games, against Jersey, Bristol and Ealing.

Saturday's game starts at 3pm.
