It'll be tough, warns Evans

STEVE Evans says that Rotherham United face a massive task if they are to go up to League One – despite sitting in the third automatic promotion place.

Evans, who yesterday added to his squad with the acquisition of highly-rated Peterborough winger Danny Kearns, believes that the next two months will make or break the Millers season.

And that. he says, is down to the strength of the rival teams battling it out at the top end of League Two.

He said: “We sit third in the table, the last of the automatic promotion places, but it is going to take one monumental effort by everyone at Rotherham United to win promotion, given the strength of the teams in the division this season."

The Millers face Barnet at the NYS tomorrow.
