Blackett (37) has been with Wasps since arriving from Rotherham 2015.

A product of Titans' Academy, Blackett was one of the Titans' most consistent players after breaking through to the first team, going on to make nearly 70 appearances for the club and being honoured with the role of captain at just the age of 23.

As coach, Blackett twice led Rotherham to the Championship play-offs, describing it as one of his "proudest achievements."

He steps up to the lead role at Wasps after five years as attack and backs coach.
