DERBY DAY VIDEO: Wednesday have best team they have had for years, says Warnock

HEADING into today's derby clash with South Yorkshire rivals Sheffield Wednesday, Millers manager Neil Warnock believes that the steel city side have their best squad and manager in years.

But that doesn't mean that the travelling fans will necessarily leave disappointed.

Speaking to the Advertiser before the Hillsborough clash, Warnock said: "Well we've just got to be organised and try and cause them problems, and we can.

"We know we are going to be under a lot of pressure, the way that the play and their home record is fantastic to not be beat since August.

"But I think we have one or two players who can upset them and we've got to try and do the best we can.

"You've got to have a thick skin I think and fortunately, over the years I've managed to grow one of those.

"Going to Hillsborough has not changed over the years really, I know what to expect and I'm sure I won't be disappointed.

"They (the fans) will play their part, it's always a good atmosphere at Hillsborough.

"It's solid and choc-a-block and I think it is the team they've had for years, and the best manager they have had for many years.

"So it will be difficult but we've got to go and enjoy it and try and give our fans something to shout about."
