Delight as Titans crush Coventry

COACH Craig West was delighted with Rotherham’s start to their play-off campaign after they bagged five precious points with a 29-3 win over Coventry.

But with drop favourites Birmingham and Solihull pulling off a shock win against Moseley, there is still all to play for in the six-game mini league.

Titans had few problems in sweeping aside a Coventry side who are now precariously hovering over the relegation trap doo - but, as West says, there is still a long way to go.

“We’ll take no notice of other results and concentrate on what we do,” said West.

“We wanted all five points against Coventry and I was pleased that we got them. We’ll now go to Moseley this weekend aiming to do the same.”

Canadian Adam Kleeberger scored twice for Rotherham with Mike Whitehead and Andrew Henderson adding the other tries.
