Busy week for Millers

ROTHERHAM United round off their preparations for the new season with three friendlies this week.

Visits to Alfreton Town tomorrow (7.30pm) and Stocksbridge on Wednesday (7.45pm) are followed by a trip to Blue Square Premier outfit Tamworth on Saturday (3pm), where manager Ronnie Moore is expected to field his first-choice starting 11.

The Millers went down 2-0 to Sheffield United at Don Valley Stadium on Saturday, with both goals coming late on.

Jonny Ertl headed the visitors' first on 73 minutes and Daniel Bogdanovic scored the second from the penalty spot ten minutes from time after being fouled by Nick Fenton.

The Millers begin their League Two campaign on August 7 at home to Lincoln City.
