Bug hits Titans' preparations

ROTHERHAM Titans are fighting a bout of illness in the camp as they prepare for Saturday’s must-win showdown against Nottingham.

Four first-teamers have been struck by a bug which has hampered coach Craig West’s selection for the Meadow Lane side’s visit—but Titans hope the problem will have been resolved by the weekend.

Said West: “A few lads have been struck down but it’s not a major problem and the good news is that Kevin Maggs will come into contention. The team won’t be confiormed until as late as possible."
