Toseland signs with BMW
JAMES Toseland will be back in World Superbikes next year with the new BMW Motorrad Italia team\_and he says he’s ready for the challenge..
As exclusively revealed in the Advertiser last month, Toseland wrapped up a deal to join the BMW satellite team after agreeing to a contract offer following his last outing for Yamaha at Magny Cours.
Now, the 30-year-old will spend the winter gearing up for next season with a determination to blow away the memories of a tough past couple of years which saw him ditched from the MotoGP series and then axed by Yamaha Sterilgarda following a disappointing 2010 Superbikes campaign.
"He said: “I’m experienced enough to ask all the right questions, to understand exactly what package we are going to get, and what happens to the development parts for us and for the factory team."
