'Records are there to be broken' says Stubbs

ALAN Stubbs takes his Rotherham United side to high-flying Norwich tomorrow, insisting: “records are there to be broken”.

The Millers haven't won at Carrow Road since 1966 and the current standings of the sides means they have rarely travelled there as bigger underdogs.

With a multi-million pound squad to call upon, Norwich have won five out of their last six and are starting to live up to their tag as one of the best sides in the division.

It all points to one result but Stubbs says no team in the division is invincible.

He told the Advertiser: “I've seen plenty of footage of Norwich and then live when they played Everton in the cup a couple of weeks ago and they were pretty impressive, even with ten changes.

“They're well organised and realistically it's still a Premier League squad. Quite rightly they are one of the favourites to go up.

“I'm always a believer that records are there to be broken and one day, whenever that is, they will be. There is no reason why it can't be Saturday."
