Firsts for adventurous Rotherham Harriers runners

The Rotherham Harrier headed to West Yorkshire for the Marsden Madness 20-mile trail race and came home first in a time of 2:56.48.

On the same day, clubmate Lee Milburn tackled the ABP Humber Coastal Half Marathon and won it in 1:08.33. Harriers’ Jenny Blizard was third female in 1:26.19.

Angela Lally took on the Tissington Trail Half Marathon where her time of 1:43.44 was good enough for fifth place in her age category.

Closer to home, four Harriers members took part in the recent Run For All Sheffield 10K.

Alex Fields clocked 45.44, Andrew Rogers 1:04.57, George Perkins 1:07.40 and Paul Richardson in 1:11.17.
