No repeat, says Odejayi

BIG Kayode Odejayi says that Rotherham United will be busting a gut to put right the wrongs of Dagenham this weekend.

Like all his team-mates, the striker was stung by Saturday's five-goal beating and had sympathy for the band of nearly 300 supporters who shelved out hard-earned money to follow the team down to London.

He admits the team let down everyone associated with the club and expects the right kind of reaction against his old club Cheltenham tomorrow.

He told the Advertiser: "It is important we get it out of our system as soon as possible and get back to winning ways.

"I feel for the supporters. They travelled a long way and paid their money and they don't want to see that. We're all hurting and we felt bad not just for the people who travelled but also the ones at home and everyone connected to Rotherham United. We don't want to be associated with those kinds of performances or results. We can't have a repeat."
