Millers sunk late on

A LATE goal condemned Rotherham United to a South Yorkshire derby defeat at Sheffield United.

Ben Davies scored the only goal of the game from the penalty spot in the 90th minute to settle a tight contest and inflict the Millers’ first loss in 17 matches.

Despite creating more openings than the hosts, with James Tavernier and Tom Hitchcock both testing goalkeeper George Long in the first half, Steve Evans’ side lacked their usual rhythm.
