Millers stun Blades

THE Millers came from behind to notch a terrific derby win over Sheffield United at a packed New York Stadium.

Second-half goals from Kieran Agard, Daniel Nardiello and Rob Milsom sealed a 3-1 victory and extended the team’s unbeaten start in League One in style.

The Blades shaded the first half and after Tony McMahon hit the underside of the bar from an early free-kick, Jose Baxter put them into the lead on 36 minutes when he beat Scott Shearer from a tight angle.

Last season’s top scorer, Nardiello, was introduced at half time to give more support to Alex Revell and the comeback was set in motion six minutes in when Agard thrashed an unstopptable effort past Mark Howard.

As Rotherham got on top, Nardiello then earned and converted a penalty to make it 2-1 on 72 minutes and a brilliant afternoon was complete three minutes later when Milsom drilled home the final goal to the delight of the majority of the 11,758 spectators.
