MANAGER Andy Scott is promising Rotherham United will leave no stone unturned in their preparations for Saturday's FA Cup tie against non-league Barrow.

MANAGER Andy Scott says Rotherham United will leave no stone unturned in their preparations for Saturday's FA Cup tie against non-league Barrow.

The Millers will travel up to Cumbria bolstered by a long-overdue victory over Aldershot Town at Don Valley Stadium on Saturday, their first in 11 games.

Scott plans to field a full-strength side this weekend and insists he will be taking nothing for granted having been knocked out of the same competition by Barrow when he was manager of Brentford three years ago.

Said Scott: "Barrow is a tough place to go at the best of times and we need our strongest side out to play as well as we can to get a result.

"It's a league scalp for them and they'll raise their game. We've got DVDs on them and reports and we'll make sure they're covered properly. We've had a win-less streak and now we want to go on a winning run."

First-half strikes from Lewis Grabban and Chris Holroyd sealed a 2-0 win against the Shots, nudging the Millers above their opponents into 14th spot in League Two.

Their next league date is away to Bradford City on Saturday week.
