Marathon man rises to challenge
SUPER athlete Kevin Doyle raced to victory in the Adidas 24-hour Thunder Run, clocking a staggering 124 miles by the end.
The event took place in Catton Park, near Burton, and the Kimberworth Strider one of 2,500 runners aiming to clock up as many miles as possible over the 10km course.
Kevin racked up nearly FIVE successive marathons in his win and even stopped an hour before the end.
