“A win is so important, especially in front of our fans because it will give everyone a lift,” he told the Advertiser. “We'll make sure we've got the right game plan to get the place jumping.
“We've been to Derby and Middlesbrough away – two of the best teams in the league. Any game at home we fancy ourselves so we'll go into it full of confidence.
“It hasn't been an easy start for the gaffer, but that's this league for you. On paper, I suppose the hard run is behind us and we've got a big game at home now.
