Jones' delight as training routines work

TITANS head to Bristol this Sunday with coach Mark Jones hoping that more training ground routines pay off.

Jones was delighted when not only did Rotherham snatch last weekend's derby win over Doncaster right at the death but Curtis Wilson's score was the result of well-rehearsed work.

“We practise these things in the week over and over again and it can get a bit boring for the lads,” admitted Jones.

“But he was in the right place at the right time. That’s why you put the graft in, for key moments like that which can win a game for you.

“It’s nice when you work on the training park like that and it encourages the boys to continue with that sort of diligence in knowing their roles.”

Titans will name their squad for the Ashton Gate clash today. Rotherham are looking to snap a run of ten straight defeats against the Championship title favourites.
