Said Stewart: “We had positive comments all round, from the Canadians and the FA.
“The Canadians said that the New York Stadium is better than anything they have back home and the FA were really pleased.

Hide Ad“They were happy with the friendliness and felt it was a good job all round. They have already said they will now consider us for England U21 games and officials will speak to team manager Stuart Pearce about it.
“If we can get those games it’s a massive boost for the New York Stadium and for the town.
