Rotherham United trying to sign Huddersfield Town forward
The deadline for deals is 11pm this evening
Rotherham United are hoping to land young striker George Sebine on a loan deal before tonight's close of the transfer window.
After making 13 summer signings, the Millers are in the market for another forward to complete their business under new boss Alex Bruce.
Sebine, aged 19, is a Huddersfield Town player and already has some senior experience.
He scored once in six League One games for the Terriers last season and has made one appearance for them this term.
Following the arrival of 30-something hitmen Paul Mullin and Tom Bradshaw, Bruce has been keen to add some youth to a frontline that also includes another new boy, 25-year-old Fabio Tavares.
"Maybe," he said when asked if Sebine was a target.
League Two Rotherham have been in action at Tranmere Rovers tonight but have left staff at AESSEAL New York Stadium to handle the paperwork if a deal is agreed ahead of the 11pm deadline.
They may bring in a second forward this evening as well.
