Jamie Lindsay joins Rotherham United
The Millers have wanted the 23-year-old for several weeks and had to up their original £150,000 offer to prise him from Scottish Premier League side Ross County.
Lindsay, who travelled south at the weekend to finalise the move, was a key figure in Ross County's title-winning Scottish Championship campaign last term, making 49 appearances and scoring nine goals.
The Scottish side are believed to have demanded around £250,000 for his services.
Rotherham fans will get their first chance to see him in action in Saturday's final pre-season friendly, at home to Leicester City.
Lindsay began his career at Celtic before a permanent switch to Ross County in June 2018 following a loan spell.
