Free book for every child at tomorrow's Millers game as part of World Book Day
CHILDREN heading to the Millers’ home game tomorrow (Saturday) can get their hands on one of 12 exclusive books from a pop-up stall for free.
The initiative is part of World Book Day and is being supported by WHSmith, the National Literacy Trust and the Premier League.
World Book Day £1 tokens will be handed out on arrival to all children attending the club’s fixture against MK Dons tomorrow.
The tokens can then be exchanged at the WHSmith pop-up stall at the New York Stadium for one of the 12 exclusive free 2020 World Book Day books (subject to availability).
With the mission to give every child and young person a book of their own, World Book Day is the biggest annual celebration of books and reading in the UK and Ireland.
Pop-up book stalls will be at football club match days across the UK this March.
