Fitness and friendship ... go from couch to 5K with Rotherham Harriers
An athletics club wants to get complete beginners and lapsed runners on the path to better health and fitness.
Rotherham Harriers' Couch to 5K course starts next month and guarantees to make the people healthier in body and mind by the end of it.

Hide AdSpokeswoman Wendy Whitaker said: “It doesn't matter whether you've never run before or haven't run for years. We will be there for you.
“Running in a group together is all about friendships and the opportunity to experience running in a way that interests you.”
Past Couch to 5K participants got together at Herringthorpe Stadium last week to give the programme their support and remind everyone of the benefits.
Running regularly improves the heart and lungs and there is evidence it can improve bone density in some people, which can help protect against diseases like osteoporosis.
It helps self-confidence and can be a stress reliever.
