Fans have to be realistic

This week’s analysis by Insider Media has revealed that total debts in football’s second tier have smashed the £1 billion barrier with many teetering on the brink of bankruptcy.

Figures show that nine clubs in the division are spending more on wages than their turnover with Bolton Wanderers a staggering £181 million in the red while last week’s opponents Queens Park Rangers owe £179 million.
