Brian honoured by rugby community
RUGBY fans are to honour Rotherham stalwart Brian Umpleby this Saturday following his election as President of the Yorkshire RFU.
A pea and pie supper will be held at Clifton Lane. Tickets are £10 with £5 going towards Rotherham Phoenix funds.
"It's a massive honour for the club and we hope you can make it to honour a man who has been fundamental in rebuilding amateur rugby at Rotherham," said a club spokesman.
