Blackstock signs in at NYS

ROTHERHAM United have added striker Dexter Blackstock to their ranks on a three-year deal.

The 30-year-old signs in at the AESSEAL New York Stadium following his release from fellow Championship side Nottingham Forest.

The deal comes a nearly a week since the summer transfer window closed but as Blackstock was a free agent, he was eligible to sign.

The six foot striker turned out over 150 times for Forest during an 11-year spell, finding the back of the net 44 times.

Blackstock is an Antigua and Barbuda international and lists Southampton, QPR and Derby County among his former employers.
