Berlin beckons for dedicated CrossFitters from Rotherham
Team CFR has secured a spot in the semi-finals of the global CrossFit Games, set to take place in Berlin on the weekend of June 2.
After months of intense training and competition, Team CFR, comprised of Georgia Davenport, ex-GB diver Dan Tai, former professional rugby player Moz Neumann and Sapphire Goddard has earned a well-deserved spot in the semi-finals after qualifying third in Europe and 14th in the world.

The athletes have been training under the guidance of their experienced coach, Mark Brine, owner of CrossFit Rotherham and Forge Fitness Competitions.
They put in countless hours of hard work, both individually and as a team, to reach their current level of competition.
“We are thrilled to have made it to the semi-finals of the CrossFit Games,” said Georgia.

The global CrossFit Games is the pinnacle of the sport, attracting elite athletes from around the world to compete in a series of gruelling challenges designed to test their strength, endurance, and mental toughness.
The team is now gearing up for the semi-finals against some of the best athletes in the world.
“We know the competition will be tough but we're confident in our abilities and our training,” said Dan. “We're looking forward to representing our gym, our town and our country on the global stage.”
