Water up the nose
This is what he’s put together: “From April 1st the average household bill will move in line with inflation, that’s an increase of £6 instead of the allowed £12, some customers may pay more.” When I read this I could not look fast enough at my bill for 2014.

Hide AdLast year I paid £468 so £6 added naturally I thought it would be £474; see I am good with sums. Well I should have taken more notice of the April 1st bit as it’s Fool’s Day. Yes I was caught out and I am the April fool because my 2014 bill is £484.59, a whopping great inflation busting rise of £16. What gets me is, I am using the same now as I was when Maggie gave our water industry away.
Water may go into my mouth but I am paying through the nose.
