I WAS interested to read that a scrutiny review into helping people with incontinence, undertaken by the Health Select Commission, recommends that the state of public toilets ‘across Rotherham’ should be brought up to scratch (Advertiser, November 14). As a first step, would it perhaps be appropriate for RMBC to reinstate, to good standard, the public lavatories which it foolishly took away from outlying areas some years ago?
