Well, in 1962 I once played for a young Communist folk club in Leeds, but it never rubbed off on me. Cynical though I am, I tend to think that most people trying to scrape a bob or two together for a living, usually try to be as professional as far as they can in spite of their personal feelings and political baggage and move on.
