Police and Crime Commissioner query
I have just received my information booklet about the election for our new Police Commissioner, but there seems to be no information as to who is standing for the job.
It would appear that one has to be "online" to find out. Now my wife would not know one end of a computer from the other, so I assume if you are not 'computerate' you are automatically disenfranchised. Is this legal?
