LETTER TO THE EDITOR: Panto was the perfect tonic
CAN I just give a big shout out to Cinderella the Panto, performed by Wingfield Academy students.
I am amazed at all the hard work that must have gone into the performance. To say the least it was brilliantly fantastic, playing to a packed audience. It had everything; storytelling, music, dance and comedy — I’ve never laughed so much. Also, I was so proud of my grandson, who was a cast member.
It was warm and inviting, just what the doctor ordered. Such a tonic after a turbulent few years.
To all the students — cast, crew and staff — thanks for giving the audience something to smile about.
Well done.
