LETTER: Think happy...

I READ with great interest the recent article on ‘how to stay mentally healthy’.

I try to stay true to the five points of our issue — I am a believer, I also have had my share of trauma, but it is not how you cope with the good times but how you survive the bad times.

It is this which determines your personal success. Remember, happiness us not a constant but it always returns.

Try to think happy thoughts.
