Illuminated bollard needed
I HAVE just seen the newly installed cycle way at the top of the High Street, near the Corn Law Rhymer and the small splitter island which I assume is to separate cyclists and motor vehicles?
It is obvious from the black scuff marks that numerous motor vehicles are hitting this raised island which would be even harder to see at night. To prevent accidents, avoid costly repairs and claims against the council, would it not be prudent to install an illuminated bollard so it could be seen far more clearly?
