Human kindness is still with us
At approximately 12.45pm two young men assisted me to my feet and stayed with me throughout, a lady held my bag and I think also called the medics. Two arrived in a car minutes later, assessed the situation and called the ambulance. After arriving at Rotherham General Hospital, the A&E department was very busy, but I was soon attended to be given pain relief and had an x-ray. The result was a dislocated right shoulder, which was manipulated back into position
In a very painful process and throughout all this time, I was treated with the most utmost care and kindness. I would also like to say many thanks to all those people and the “Fast Response Team” who came and helped me at home, to get washed and dressed for three days afterwards. What a wonderful service — they cheered me up no end.

God bless you all.
