Hospital should get its multi-storey car park

Sir - I can appreciate Brian Roebuck's frustration about the parking situation round Rotherham Hospital but as I happen to live in Swinton, I fail to see why I should subsidise a residents' parking scheme in his local area. Does he subsidise me?

I make regular visits to RDGH by car, because it takes far longer than by bus. I don't do it through choice, so let the hospital build the multi-storey car park Mr Roebuck. It's no skin off your nose.

I can actually get to Leeds Infimary by train almost as quickly as to Rotherham Hospital by bus from where I live That can't be right.
