Event in aid of Alstrom Syndrome sufferers

Sir -  I hope you don't mind me contacting you in this way however I am looking for some help to advertise a ladies event that I am holding on September 2  2011 at the Holiday Inn in Rotherham.

The event is for the Alstrom Syndrome UK Support Group (http://www.alstrom.org.uk/) I have chosen this charity as I have worked with a child who has the condition and I really wanted to do some work to help raise money for the fantastic work they do and to help raise awearness.

I worked with visually impaired children since September in schools and have recently started my own business so I wanted to give something back by creating this event.
