Don't forget, it's time to remember
REMEMBERANCETIDE is nearly upon us once again and I would like to take this opportunity to thank Rotherham residents for their help in raising £26,353.06 for the 2011 Poppy Appeal.
As in previous years we are again in the Chapel of Our Lady on Chantry Bridge as a base for the collection and sale of wreaths, poppies and other poppy-related items from Monday October 22.
This year’s appeal opens on October 27 and if anyone can spare us a few hours of their time to help collect it would be most gratefully appreciated. I can be contacted on mobile 07759368890 or visit us in the Chapel.
